1. Tempered glass is made by heating annealed glass to 620°C in a furnace. From the furnace, the glass is rapidly cooled by jets of cold air, creating compressive stress on the surface while maintaining tension in the center.
2. It is five times stronger than annealed glass of the same thickness.
3. It has greater heat resistance than annealed or heat-strengthened glass.
4. If the glass breaks, it shatters into small, cubic fragments that pose no threat to humans.
Features:
- Suitable for safety glass as defined by the Product Safety Association 16CFR1201, ANSI Z 97.1 1984, and BS 6262.
- All glass complies with CCC, AS/NZS2208-1996 (License No.: SMK40377), EN12150-1, and ASTM C1048.
Special Processing: Cutting, grooving, or edge processing prior to heat treatment.

- Exterior and interior of buildings.
- Exhibition halls, lobby facades, escalator side panels, stair railings.
- Observation areas in sports centers, resorts, and airports.
