Globalstar Glass supplies made-to-drawing tempered glass panels for shower enclosure manufacturers, bathroom product distributors and project suppliers. Shower door glass is heat-treated flat glass fabricated with the edge finish, handle holes and hinge cut-outs required by the selected door system. We focus on glass panel supply for hinged doors, sliding doors, fixed shower screens and enclosure side panels. Confirm hardware and installation scope separately when ordering.

For hinged shower doors, provide the hinge model, opening direction and handle hole spacing. For sliding doors, supply the roller or bracket template and any required top-edge cut-outs. Fixed screens need the clamp, channel or support details. A door panel and a fixed panel should not share a fabrication drawing unless their dimensions and machining are identical.
Our processing capabilities include cutting, edging, drilling, waterjet cutting and tempering. The factory has two tempering lines. For production planning, indicative tempering throughput is approximately 20 tonnes per line per day, reaching about 27 tonnes under suitable loading conditions. This is a general line-output reference, not a dedicated daily shower-door capacity or a delivery guarantee. Actual output depends on thickness, panel size, hole and notch complexity, inspection requirements and the order mix.
The production route is drawing review, cutting and panel identification, edge finishing, drilling or waterjet processing, washing, tempering, inspection and packing. Handle holes and hinge notches are completed before tempering. Finished tempered panels cannot normally be cut or drilled to accommodate a later hardware change.
Dimensional checks cover width, height, diagonals and hole positions. Edge inspection looks for chips, corner damage and the specified polishing finish. Tempered glass inspection can include appearance, bow and the fragmentation checks required for the order. Provide the destination and target standard with your enquiry so applicable test documentation and certificate coverage can be confirmed for the proposed product.
For packing, discuss cork or foam separators, EPE protection, corner guards, moisture protection and panel labels. Grouping panels by size or installation set can help the receiver identify doors and fixed screens. Crate or rack arrangements and lifting access are agreed before loading.
