1.Tempered glass is produced by heating annealed glass in a furnace to 620 degree centigrade. Progressing from the furnace, the glass is rapidly cooled with jets of cold air, inducing compressive stresses to the surface while the center remains tensile.
2.It is 5 times stronger than annealed glass of the same thickness.
3. Stronger resistance to thermal breakage than annealed or heat strengthened glass
4. If breakage occurs the glass breaks up into small, cubical fragments, which are not threatening to humans.
Glass thickness: 3-19mm (1/8"-3/4")
Dimensions: 3000x8000
Features:
- Suitable for safety glass as defined by the Product Safety Association 16CFR1201, ANSI Z 97.1 1984, and BS 6262.
- All glass complies with CCC, AS/NZS2208-1996 (License No.: SMK40377), EN12150-1, and ASTM C1048.
Special Processing: Cutting, grooving, or edge processing prior to heat treatment.
Applications:
- Architectural curtain walls
- Exterior and interior of buildings.
- Exhibition halls, lobby facades, escalator side panels, stair railings.
- Observation areas in sports centers, resorts, and airports.

Tempered glass is made by heating annealed glass to 620 degrees Celsius in a furnace. From the furnace, the glass is rapidly cooled by jets of cold air, maintaining tension at the center while compressive stress is generated on the surface.

Traditional colored glaze glass is made by printing inorganic high-temperature ink onto glass using a screen printing process, and then fixing the ink onto the glass surface through high-temperature sintering.
Stained glass, also known as painted glass, is made by using a roller printing machine to apply enamel of different colors to the entire glass surface. The paint surface is smooth, flat and easy to clean.
Globalstar acid-washed glass is based on an acid-etching process, mixed with mirror, titanium or wire mesh technology, and processed on one side of the glass to give the glass a three-dimensional view, allowing light to pass through while providing privac
